Role Overview

A KOL (Key Opinion Leader) intern is essential in supporting four influencer marketing initiatives. This role includes researching and identifying KOLs that align with the brand's target audience and engaging them through effective outreach. The intern will also corntribute to the planning and execution of campaigns, coordinating payments, agreements, and various ad hoc tasks. Furthermore, the intern will ensure that the content effectively resonates with both the brand's identity and the KOL's followers.

The KOL intern will gain hands-on experience in marketing and brand management, particularly within the dynamic landscape of social media and influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities

Track social media trends and emerging influencers for potential collaborations
Research and identify key influencers across multiple digital platforms(Instagram, TikTok)
Handle KOL outreach, negotiation, and agreements, ensuring ongoing campaigns run smoothly
Assist with administrative tasks, including payments and agreements for all KOLS
Maintain communication and build relationships with KOLs
Attend and support events that feature KOLs when required
Collaborate on content strategies that align with brand messaging and campaign goals
Compile reports summarizing campaign results and insights for internal review

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields
Strong interest in social media and influencer marketing (previous experience is a big plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Well-versed in both Indonesian and English
Familiar with beauty creators and current social media trends
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Creative and innovative thinking with strong attention to detail
