Role Overview

The Affiliate Team is part of BASE Commercial Group. We are responsible for increasing and maintaining the amount of Base and Olmorva affiliates in multiple e-commerce sites as well as responsible for the overall sales generated from affiliate.

On this role you will be responsible for executing various a/b testing strategies to improve the number of affiliates, maintaining day-to-day communication with affiliates, become an active contributor for strategy discussion to improve numbers and overall sales from affiliates, and also keeping up with the latest trend in beauty industry especially in terms of e-commerce and affiliate marketing program.

Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day communication with affiliate (through e-commerce seller center, whats app group, email and etc)
Responsible for coordinating with ops team in regards to free sample delivery
Actively engage in strategy discussions in regards to affiliate marketing
Reaching out new affiliates and re-engage with previous affiliate
Processing administrative paperworks (invoice, payment request form, agreement paper etc)
Support planning and execution process of BASE and Olmorva community activation
Handle BASE Community Social Media
Content creation for BASE Community Social Media
Keeping up with the latest trend of community and affiliate marketing

Requirements

Final Year Students/Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Drive agility and have a strong can-do attitude
Excellent Interpersonal communication skills
Capable to keep up with fast pace working environment while giving attention to detail
Keeping up with the latest trends of beauty industry especially in terms of affiliate and community marketing
Located in Jakarta and willing to attend to BASE Community Activation (Example : Jakarta x Beauty)
Basic content creation/design skills
Familiar with e-commerce seller center and beauty community
