Finance Staff

As a Finance Staff member in BASE, you will play a crucial role in organizing financial transactions and ensuring compliance of the documents with financial procedures. You will be responsible for compiling and processing invoices, managing financial document archives, and calculating tax obligations related to vendor transactions. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities that support our Finance, Tax and Accounting functions. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will contribute to accurate financial reporting and support the overall financial health of the organization.

• Organize and manage financial document archives, including invoices, tax invoices, and supporting documents, using a spreadsheet with links.
• Compile and prepare all the datas for the Tax team, ensuring accurate documentation for tax withholding purposes.
• Ensure and process tax withholding slips to be sent to vendors.
• Compile and verify the completeness of all supporting documents related to financial transactions.
• Calculate PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPh 4(2) related to vendor invoices.
• Generate B2B and retailer invoices monthly for accounts receivable purposes, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Ensure and verify that all transactions and documents are recorded accurately and in accordance with the company's financial procedures.

• Minimum 0-1 year of experience as an Finance/Accounting/Admin or in a related position.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic finance, accounting, and tax principles.
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets, such as Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
