Role Overview

The brand marketing team spearheads strategies to establish a unique brand identity and promote products effectively. The team crafts comprehensive brand strategies, executes engaging product launches and marketing campaigns, and curates compelling content across various channels like social media, blogs, and emails.

Additionally, the team collaborates with influencers and industry partners, manages social media presence, analyzes market trends, and tracks performance metrics to optimize outreach and foster customer engagement. The goal is to build brand recognition, resonate with target audiences, and drive sales by leveraging innovative marketing approaches.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop 20 TikTok videos per month. This includes generating ideas, scripting, filming, and editing.
Trend Analysis: Regularly research and identify trending concepts, sounds, and challenges on TikTok that align with our brand.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
Engagement: Create content that encourages engagement and interaction from the audience.

Requirements

Proven track record of creating engaging TikTok content.
Interest in skincare, makeup, and the beauty industry overall.
Strong video editing skills with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging videos
Creative mindset and ability to produce original content ideas.
Knowledge of current TikTok trends and best practices.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
