Product Regulatory & Quality Assurance ensure all of the products meet the quality standards, and in conformance with the regulation from BPOM RI. In order to maintain the company’s conformity to regulations and ensure the quality of products, we are looking for a PRQA Intern.

Responsibilities

Conduct and assist QC sampling in goods receive process using AQL method and QC Sampling SOP, for existing products and NPD products in a timely manner
Create QC sampling report for existing products and NPD products in a timely manner
Assist data analysis for complaint handling related to Product’s quality
Actively involved in any of PRQA’s task and responsibility

Requirements

Final year student and fresh graduates from apothecary profession, bachelor of pharmacy, bachelor of engineering from any major, or bachelor of science from any major
Have basic knowledge about Quality Standards for Cosmetics Products in storage and distribution process
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and independently
Strong time and program management, teamwork, execution and organizational skills
Ability to work against tight timelines in a dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret and accurately utilize relevant data
