Role Overview

At BASE, we are building the future beauty company by bringing the beauty experience to the next level in Indonesia. The E-commerce Team is looking for an Live Stream Operator, to support us in building out live stream operational excellence and good sales.

The best candidate will be extremely passionate about the live streaming industry, familiar with any broadcast software, able to set up all the technical things and troubleshoot every livestream device issue.

You will have a challenger mindset, finding creative ways to grow BASE’s share of voice & organic reach in line with our values, positioning, and objectives, while being equally creative in defining ways to measure impact.

Responsibilities

Operate live stream with OBS or other broadcast software
Provide & improve operational excellence in Shopee, TikTok and/or other channel live-stream
Arrange all creative assets in OBS or other broadcast software
Arrange product displays and organize the products in the live stream basket
Responsible for technical things (camera, lighting, audio, signal, etc) and troubleshooting any issues
Act as an assistant to support live streaming with team
Aware to trend, especially about promo

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcomed
Understand to use OBS or Broadcast software
Able to set up all the technical things (camera, lighting, audio, signal, etc) and troubleshoot every livestream device issue
Interested in the live-streaming industry
Experience in the live-streaming industry is a plus
Able to work flexibly (WFO, shifting day & time) and able to join ASAP
Positive attitude, discipline, diligent, eagerness to learn, and proactive to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
