Role Overview

This person will be working closely to support the brand strategist to execute monthly brand partnership/community activation or product launch that has been set based on the company's goals. This person will also be the main point of contact for any brand/community/media partnership and sponsorship to leverage the ongoing brand campaign.

Note: This position is for Indonesian. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing various type of brand, community, and media partnerships/sponsorships to support the brand’s goal in increasing awareness and driving customer leads
  • Identify partnership/sponsorship opportunities, reaching out to potential partners, and responding to any of partnership proposal to support brand/product launch campaign
  • Develop activation and partnership proposal includes strategies and tactic ideas, and determined key success metrics of the partnership
  • Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
  • Working closely with the creative, commercial, and social media teams to successfully manage and execute any partnership and sponsorship campaigns from beginning to end
  • Working closely with the Creative, commercial, growth, and other relevant team members to successfully manage and execute brand campaigns from beginning to end.

Requirements

  • A passionate advocate for inclusivity in beauty and wellness
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field with 1- 2 years experience in brand and digital marketing/advertising industry with understanding of full marketing mix
  • Have analytical mind , understand creative thinking process and result-oriented
  • Excellent communicator and team player, works well in cross-functional environments.
  • Has project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Good presentation and communication skills
