People Acquisition & General Affairs Intern

The People Acquisition & GA Intern position is a great opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. This intern will assist the HR Related process related to recruitment process, generalist, and general affairs needs. This role will have various tasks such as recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview, etc), assisting with other general affairs function such as providing logistical, administrative and operational support, and assisting related to HR generalist process.

• Handle the recruitment process such as candidate sourcing and scheduling.
• Develop and update role overview, job postings, and employee qualifications.
• Prepare and submit job postings on web portals.
• Execute office administrative tasks and provide support in general office management.
• Monitor and manage vendor relationships.
• Assisting related to HR Generalist process

• Bachelor’s degree in management, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship experience in HR is a plus.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and independently
• Strong time and program management, teamwork, execution and organizational skills
• Ability to work against tight timelines in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret and accurately utilize relevant data
