Role Overview

We're looking for someone with a strong visual sense, an analytical mind, a good eye for detail. We're looking for a passionate and highly creative designer, equally skilled in video, graphics and motion, also someone who thrives on challenge and can work within a tight deadline (when required).

You' Il also be someone who likes communicating with creative & commercial team to translate the brief into visual.

Responsibilities

  1. Design Projects: Assist in creating visual assets, including: Banners, Social Media IG Story, Newsletter and other marketing materials. You may be assigned specific projects or contribute to ongoing design initiatives.
  2. Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffect) to create and modify designs. Familiarity with these software programs is often expected, and you may have opportunities to improve your skills.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and incorporate changes into designs.
  4. Production Support: Assist with preparing files for marketplace, CRM and social media, ensuring that designs are optimized for their intended use. This may involve file formatting, color correction, and ensuring high-quality output.
  5. Brand Guidelines: Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in design elements across various projects. This includes using approved fonts, color palettes, imagery, and design styles to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  6. Research and Inspiration: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and competitors' work. Researching and seeking inspiration from relevant sources can enhance your design skills and contribute to innovative ideas.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role or experience working within a brand or agency studio.
  2. Creative Skills: A portfolio showcasing a variety of deep conceptual brand thinking, considered graphic design systems as well as innovative, challenging and vibrant work
  3. Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  4. Design Acumen: Strong sense of design layout with meticulous attention to detail, expertise in typography, grid systems, and their practical application.
  5. Production Knowledge: Experience in color proofing, fine print quality, digital mechanical specifications, ad material specifications, and workflows involving CMYK and RGB color profiles.
  6. Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines and integrate feedback effectively throughout the design process.
  7. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
